September Luncheon

We are back from summer break with a September Monthly Luncheon!

April Luncheon at JBanks Design Group

The Sea Islands April luncheon was held at J Banks Design on Hilton Head Island.  Joni Vanderslice, the founder of J Banks Design Group, spoke to SCWLA about her international design work at Castello di Casole in Tuscany, Italy. The presentation was complete with many amazing before and after pictures as well as Joni's humorous and educational stories about her time spent in Italy working on this project for over eight years.






Everyone in attendance loved the presentation and a break from work to enjoy Joni's presentation.  Thank you to the women at J Banks for allowing us to come in to the store and provide us with such a wonderful afternoon!

Sea Islands Region Wine Tasting Event

This is my first official post as the new Sea Islands Region SCWLA Representative.  Hello to everyone from me, Kathleen Chewning, an associate at the McNair Law Firm on Hilton Head Island.  We look forward to an exciting year and I hope to see you all at our SCWLA events!

 

On April 4, 2013, the Sea Islands Region hosted a Wine Tasting Event at the Ben Ham Gallery and Studio on Hilton Head Island.  The Wine and Spirit Shop provided the wonderful wine tasting and SCWLA even raffled off a few bottles of wine to some lucky members!  We were very excited to be able to offer this event to our members.  SCWLA members and their significant others enjoyed an evening with good food, good wine, and good company!
